Even in her early days as an ice skater and dancer, Masha Loucks was passionate about living a healthy, wellness-centered lifestyle. She discovered the benefits of Pilates after becoming a mother...and felt a strong desire to use what she’s learned to help others radically improve their lives. 

Masha firmly believes that small daily challenges create constant self improvement - both physically and mentally. Using this philosophy, she creates personalized, flexible programs for her clients - gently guiding them through a series of incremental changes that build over time. This approach creates positive, sustainable results in all aspects of their lives.
